NCT New Baby course attendee

As a first time mum with very limited experience of babies it has certainly been an adjustment. This gave me an opportunity to connect with other new parents going through a similar experience to me. Extremely beneficial and reassuring!

What is an NCT New Baby course?

Claire, New Baby course leader

Helen - New Baby course leader

I love working with and supporting new parents at such a precious time in their lives. I've been lucky enough to work with parents for 15 years, and it is fabulous to see them grow in confidence as they are supported to get to know their babies and become the parents they want to be.

Helen, New Baby course leader
Simone, New Baby course leader

I am passionate about supporting parents through the transformative journey of pregnancy, birth, and beyond. I have completed my NCT degree, specialising as a postnatal teacher, yoga instructor, baby massage practitioner, and doula. I am also actively involved with Black Mothers Matter and lead a bumps and baby group. It's a privilege to have a career where every day feels like a fulfilling journey of empowerment and support for new parents.
